How to make a led screen?

AW: Firstly, produce LED modules. Surface amount lamps and ICs on PCBs by high speed SMT machines - Brush EPDM Liquid - Install masks, screws or magnet on - Gluing outdoor modules - Test and aging modules;

Second, produce LED cabinet. Produce Die-casting cabinets/aluminum cabinet - Fix LED modules on cabinet - Fix power supply, control system and cables - Lighting the whole cabinet and testing - aging cabinet;

Third, fixed LED cabinets together to be a LED screen - lighting and testing the whole screen - aging and adjust data - testing before the package - pack up LED cabinets by wood cases or flight boxed.
