According to the use environment, the bearing of the DC cooling fan should be supplemented or replaced with grease from time to time (the enclosed bearing of the motor does not need to be replaced during the service life). In order to ensure good lubrication of the DC cooling fan during operation, the refueling time of the enclosed bearing and motor bearing should not be less than 1000 hours/time. It is strictly forbidden to fill 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing with zl-3 lithium grease.
2. The DC cooling fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When stored in the open air, there should be defensive measures. During storage and handling, the DC fan should be prevented from colliding to avoid damage.
3. It can only run when the DC cooling fan is completely normal. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. It is strictly forbidden to run without phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines must not be temporarily used for power supply.
4. It is found that the DC cooling fan sounds abnormal during operation, the motor heats up seriously, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. Stop immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the DC fan. After maintenance, a test run should be carried out for about five minutes, and the machine can be started only after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.
5. The use environment of the DC cooling fan should always be kept clean and tidy, and its appearance should be kept clean. There should be no debris at the air inlet and outlet, and the dust and other debris in the fan and ducts should be removed regularly.
