With the improvement of machine automation, DC fans have been widely used in our lives, which is also the main reason for accelerating the accelerated development of the cooling fan industry. How can we choose a good DC fan among so many suppliers?

1. Bearing selection: Generally speaking, the bearings of cooling fans are divided into two categories, one is ball bearings, collectively called ball bearings. There is also an oil-impregnated bearing called an oil-impregnated bearing. The difference between the two is that the ball bearing has a long service life and low noise, but the price is very expensive. The service life of oil-impregnated bearings is 1/4 shorter than that of ball bearings. Some noise may be generated after more than a year of use, but the price is cheap.

2. Choose from the appearance: From the outside, the whole is thicker, the material is good, the color is pure, and the edge of the frame leaf is free of burrs. Look at the thickness of the fan blade, it is too thin and easy to break, and the outer frame will not be deformed too much if you pinch it by hand.

3. Listen to the wind. When the speed is too high, there may be electromagnetic noise. If there are other sounds, the quality is not very good. If the speed of the DC fan is not very high, for example, the speed of a 7 cm fan does not exceed 3500 rpm, the large amount of wind in the test indicates that the quality of the fan is average.

4. Look at the parameters on the outer package: the following two parameters are provided for your reference voltage: 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V Current: the working current is generally less than 250 mA, the higher the speed, the smaller the working current will save energy .
